Not much info yet, he only declared himself at the last minute!  You can't even download his party's manifesto without giving up your name/address/email, despite a public statement that, "Neither do we wish to invade the privacy of people’s homes or thoughts."

Again, only vote for this guy if you want a Tory MP, because he has no chance of getting in.
